Welcome to WedSigns.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WedSigns.ai website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”). 1. Eligibility

3. User Content & Uploaded Materials

3.1 Your Responsibility

You may upload your own images, designs, text, or other content (“User Content”) to customize your signs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own the User Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use, modify, and upload it;
  • Your User Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or legal rights of any third party;
  • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

WedSigns.ai does not verify ownership or permissions for uploaded content. Any consequences resulting from improper use of copyrighted or restricted materials are solely your responsibility.

3.2 License to WedSigns.ai

By uploading User Content, you grant WedSigns.ai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or abusive;
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Upload content containing viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  • Use the Service for commercial resale or distribution unless explicitly permitted;

You may use the Service and generated signs for personal, non-commercial wedding events only, unless otherwise stated.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence

WedSigns.ai utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, including Google’s Gemini AI APIs, to assist in generating, editing, enhancing, or suggesting design elements, layouts, text, or other content (“AI-Generated Content”). AI tools operate based on patterns and may produce outputs that are similar or identical to content generated for other users or existing materials.

6.2 No Guarantee of Originality, Ownership, or Non-Infringement

AI-Generated Content is provided as a creative aid only. WedSigns.ai makes no representations or warranties that AI-Generated Content:

  • Is original or unique;
  • Is eligible for copyright protection;
  • Does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or moral rights;
  • Will comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions may not recognize copyright protection for AI-generated works, or may impose additional requirements for human authorship. You acknowledge these risks when using the Service.

6.3 User Review, Modification, and Compliance Obligations

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all AI-Generated Content prior to use;
  • Making any necessary modifications to ensure sufficient human authorship where required by applicable law;
  • Ensuring that all final designs, text, and images (whether AI-generated, user-uploaded, or edited) comply with applicable copyright, intellectual property, consumer protection, and advertising laws in your jurisdiction;
  • Obtaining any necessary licenses, releases, or permissions before printing, publishing, or distributing content.

6.4 Allocation of Risk and Indemnity

You expressly acknowledge that the risk of using AI-Generated Content rests entirely with you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedSigns.ai disclaims all liability for claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of AI-Generated Content, including claims of copyright infringement or lack of ownership.

6.5 Rights in AI-Generated Content

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain any rights you may have in the final content you create using the Service. However, WedSigns.ai does not guarantee that any AI-Generated Content or resulting work is protectable under copyright or other intellectual property laws in any jurisdiction.

7. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change;
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law;
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WedSigns.ai makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • The Service meeting your specific needs;
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • Accuracy or reliability of designs or outputs.

You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedSigns.ai shall not be liable for:
